Dietary Requirements
 

You must inform us of any dietary requirements prior to order confirmation. We will try our best to accommodate these requirements but on occasion this may not be possible. Any additional fees due to dietary needs will be discussed with you during inquiry.

Our food is prepared in a kitchen that may contain the following ingredients:

• Eggs

• Fish

• Milk

• Nuts

• Gluten

• Soy

• Wheat
   

If you have a very serious allergy to these products, we suggest you refrain from consuming our platters or grazing tables.

Payment Details

Once your order is finalised, we will email you our payment details. Payments will need to made via internet banking. 

​

For grazing boxes and trays full payment is required 24 hours prior to delivery

For all grazing tables a 40% deposit is required to secure your date, full payment is due 7 days prior to your event.

If payments are not made within the stated time frames, Garnish and Graze NZ reserves the right to cancel your booking.

Cancellation

​

For grazing boxes and trays any cancellation must be made no less than 24 hours before delivery and you will receive a full refund. Any cancellation after this time will not be refunded. 

 

For grazing tables, any cancellation must be made no less than 7 days of your event and you will receive a full refund (minus our $40 administration fee). Any cancellation after this time will not be refunded.

In the event of any Covid-19 alert level changes, refunds or partial refunds will be provided at our discretion with consideration of ingredients already purchased and preparation time. 

 

In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order on our end, any payments you have made will be fully refunded.

Food Safety

​

To ensure food safety standards are met, please consume your grazing box, tray or grazing table within 4 hours of delivery/set up or otherwise store in a refrigerator. 

 

Please keep your grazing box, tray or grazing table out of direct sunlight or other direct heat source
(fire, heater, etc.)

 

​Once we have delivered/set up your grazing box, tray or grazing table it the consumers responsibility to ensure these food safely standards are upheld. Garnish and Graze NZ does not take any responsibility once products are set up/delivered. ​
